This handbook sets out the rights to a fair trial in administrative procedures. Children often encounter administrative procedures rather than judicial especially when accessing justice in education our in housing situations. The monitoring handbook also gives a checklist for monitoring administrative justice procedures.

This toolkit is available in French, English and Spanish and provides a very complete tool for the creation and monitoring of child participation in community and society. The toolkit also includes input from children and young people.

This assessment tool provides 10 indicators that assess child participation. It breaks child participation into three main sections (protection the right to participate, promoting awareness of the right to participate and creating spaces for participation).
