Ending abuse in Uganda

"End the abuse"

This year we took our human rights work in Uganda to a new level. Working with NGOs on the ground, we shot a 7-minute video called “End the abuse!”, and the following week showed it to the UN disability rights committee in Geneva. Their report found that people with mental health issues are stripped of their decision-making rights, and their rights are violated. Now we are supporting people with mental health issues fight for their rights across the country.

We now need to make sure the Ugandan government end the abuse. People like you have supported us with financial gifts large and small this year. Now, at Christmas time, there’s no better time to give.
