Gavin Garman

Gavin is Deputy Director of Nursing in a large Mental Health Trust in England. He also lectures in Forensic Psychology at Reading University.

Gavin has experience of international monitoring of places of detention, having worked as an expert with the Council of Europe’s Commission for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) and with the MDAC.
